HLTA - Hatfield
A supportive primary school in Hatfield is looking for a confident HLTA to join their team. This is a long-term role with the potential to continue into the new academic year.
The role:
Leading small-group interventions across KS1 and KS2
Providing whole-class cover when required (planned and last-minute)
Supporting pupils with mixed abilities, including some with SEND
Working closely with class teachers to raise attainment and maintain strong progress
What they're looking for:
HLTA qualification or strong TA background with proven cover experience
Someone confident delivering pre-planned lessons
Calm, reliable and able to build positive relationships quickly
A proactive approach and strong communication skills
Pay: £100-£120 per day (experience dependent) Start: ASAP
