Science Teacher - Leeds Start Date: Immediate Contract: Until the end of the academic year (potential to extend) Agency: Veritas Education
Veritas Education is looking for an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher or a strong ECT to make a real impact in the classroom.
Role Responsibilities:
- Teach Science across KS3 and KS4.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress effectively.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

- Experience
- Competent in all areas of Science including Physics, Chemistry and Biology with a specialism in one of the areas. Strong behaviour management with key stage three and four pupils. Experience teaching UK GCSE curriculum. At least 3 months in UK schools.
- Qualifications
