We are working with a large, independent nursery (not part of a chain) in Leeds that prides itself on a warm, community feel and a strong emphasis on outdoor learning and play. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a setting that values creativity, independence, and a child-led approach.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to join the team on a permanent, full-time contract directly with the nursery.
Key details:
Lead your own room with the option to move into multiple rooms depending on your preference
Work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality early years education
Support children's development through play, exploration, and outdoor learning
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Requirements
2+ years' experience as a Room Leader in an early years setting
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for outdoor learning and child development
