It offers a nurturing and structured environment where every child is supported to thrive both academically and personally. The curriculum is designed to ensure that students are well-prepared for their next steps post-16, whether that be further education, training, or employment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children and young people with SEMH and/or Autism.
  • Be patient, compassionate, and resilient, with a strong 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Be confident in managing challenging behaviours and building trusting relationships.
  • Hold a DBS on the update service
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
