Are you a passionate and dedicated English teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are working with a vibrant and inclusive mixed 11-16 secondary school in Middlesbrough seeking a qualified English Teacher to join their team from January 2026 (or sooner).
- £160-£240 p/day
- Start Jan 2026 or sooner
- Mixed secondary, 11-16
- Based in Middlesbrough
This is a full-time, long-term temporary position, offering the chance to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Inspire students to develop a love for science and achieve their full potential
- Work collaboratively with a strong and supportive department
- Uphold high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour management
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
- Be confident in planning and delivering lessons that cater to a range of abilities
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service
