Dual Service Deputy Manager
Salary: £31,000-£35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility to meet service needs Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our mental health and autism services. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and support staff teams on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and organisational standards.
Act as Safeguarding Lead and deputise for the Service Manager when required.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with external professionals and multi-disciplinary teams.
Support the Service Manager with KPIs, audits, and regulatory reporting.
What We're Looking For
Experience in health and social care, supporting people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or autism.
Minimum three years' management or deputy-level experience within care.
Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and current care legislation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
NVQ (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care and a full UK driving licence.
Desirable: leadership qualification or budget management experience.
