Locations: Clayton-Le-Woods, Chorley, Leyland / South Ribble Pay: £13.68 per hour Please note: Sponsorship is not available Requirement: Must have at least 2 years' experience in the UK
About the Role: We're looking for female Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities. (This post is restricted to female applicants only under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, due to the personal care needs of the people we support.)

What You'll Do:
Provide care and support to adults with profound learning and/or physical disabilities.
Deliver person-centred support in line with care plans and risk assessments.
Assist with personal care, moving and handling, eating and drinking.
Help individuals access their community and enjoy activities such as swimming, cycling, carriage riding, and yoga.

About You:
Caring, hardworking, and flexible in approach
Must hold a full UK driving licence
At least 2 years' experience working in the UK
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided
