Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Support students in their learning and maintain high standards of safeguarding.
- Work across a range of subjects and year groups in secondary settings.
Requirements:
- A degree or relevant experience working with young people.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Availability for flexible work across the week.
