Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in children's lives? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values every child and prioritises their individual learning needs.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
A strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other additional needs
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A nurturing, creative and flexible teaching approach

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver and differentiate high-quality lessons tailored to pupils with SEN

Work closely with teaching assistants, parents/carers and external professionals
Monitor progress and adapt teaching methods to meet pupils' evolving needs
