PART TIME PPA Teacher - Reception/KS1 (1 Day a Week) - Lancaster
Day: Wednesdays Only Location: Lancaster Start: ASAP Contract: Long-term, ongoing Pay: Mainscale 1 to 6
Veritas Education is working with a primary school in Lancaster seeking a committed and enthusiastic EYFS/KS1 Teacher to provide PPA cover in Reception and Year 1, one day a week - every Wednesday - on a long-term, ongoing basis.
✏️ The Role:
Delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
Covering PPA time for the Reception class teacher
Planning is provided, although some flexibility and adaptation may be required
Creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching within EYFS/KS1
Strong understanding of the curriculum
A warm, flexible, and proactive approach
