Level 3 Early Years Educator - Toddler Room Location: LS2 | Permanent Position | Full-Time
Are you a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting on behalf of an Outstanding private day nursery in LS2, set in a unique environment that feels more like a small school - with a strong focus on outdoor learning, structure, and holistic child development.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position based in the toddler room, where you'll be part of a nurturing and inspiring environment designed to give children the best start in life. You'll join a supportive staff team and management, with a strong commitment to professional development and staff well-being.
What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
A passion for outdoor, play-based learning and a child-led approach
Experience working in toddler rooms or with children aged 1-3 years
A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to high standards of care
