We are working with a primary school in Harrogate, known for its inclusive environment, excellent facilities, and engaging curriculum. The school boasts impressive outdoor spaces for outdoor learning, strong community values, and exciting partnerships.
They are looking for a number of Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025.
About the Role:
Support pupils across a range of year groups Early Years to Key Stage 2 including SEN needs in the mainstream setting.
Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver high-quality learning
Help to create an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Opportunities for progression and teacher training pathways
Requirements:
Prior experience in an educational setting or previous experience working with children is advantageous.
- Passion to support pupils from diverse backgrounds who need a strong role model.
Passion for working with children and a desire to pursue a career in education
A proactive, enthusiastic, and compassionate approach
Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
- Prior experience working with pupils with EAL or be Bilingual to support those pupils with EAL.
