A lovely two-form entry primary school on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford is looking for an empathetic, proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join full-time from September.

The role:
Supporting a pupil with additional needs (likely ASD or speech & language delay)
Helping with learning tasks, communication, and transitions
Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo
Encouraging confidence, independence, and social skills

Experienced SEN TAs or those with school/childcare experience
Psychology grads or those working towards educational careers
