Secondary Cover Supervisor
Cover Supervisor - Tyne & Wear
- Start September
- 37 hours p/week, term time only
- Long term temporary (potential for permanent)
- £110 - £120 p/day
Veritas Education are currently working with a secondary school in the Washington area who are needing a cover supervisor to work on a long-term supply basis from September. This school is part of a successful multi academy trust now looking to appoint a high calibre Cover Supervisor to join their dedicated team.
Requirements:
- Confident and forward-thinking individuals
- Be able to deliver pre-planned work up to 30 pupils at a time
- A desire to make a difference to young people's lives
- The ability to manage behaviour effectively and follow instructions
- Experience working with secondary aged pupils - 11 - 16 years
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (can be applied for)
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of coaching and/or delivering sporting/extracurricular activities to pupils of all ages and abilities
- Relevant experience of working in a school or college environment.
- Have excellent IT skills.
- Be proactive and self-motivated.
- Have a flexible approach to work.
