  • Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to make a difference in education and impact the lives of young learners? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    An 'Outstanding' Montessori Nursery in North London is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to start immediately. This Nursery offers many incentives for length of service including fantastic facilities and resources, including fantastic outdoor play area. This opportunity is to work in the toddler room with 18 month - 2.5 year olds. The Nursery is located close by to piccadilly line tube stations and easily accessible from Central London. If you are an exceptional Level 3 Nursery Practitioner and looking for an exciting new opportunity.

    Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will need to be:

  • A minimum Level 3 full and relevant childcare qualification (NVQ).
  • Ideally Montessori qualified or open to working towards.
  • Ideally bilingual (French, English, Mandarin) - Not essential
  • A commitment to ensuring that all our children can be the best they can be.
  • A passion and enthusiasm to work with children.
  • A positive, patient, and nurturing approach towards children.
  • Confidence and is able to work one to one and deal with challenging situations.
  • A positive attitude and approachable manner.
  • A desire and ability to contribute fully to Nursery life.
  • High expectations of self and others.
  • The ability to work flexibly as part of as team.
  • The capability to develop effective relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).

  • As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in North London, you will be in line with the Nursery's Mission Statement, to be responsible for the welfare and education of a designated group of children in accordance with the requirements of the National curriculum, the Nursery's aims, objectives and schemes of work and any policies of the Governing Body.

    Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out duties in accordance with the nursery's aims and objectives.
  • Liaise with colleagues to deliver units of work in a collaborative way in accordance with the Nursery Development Plan.
  • Be an exemplar Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.
  • Share in the responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all children.
