SENCO Primary School Aldgate, East London
Contract: Part-time/Temp to Perm
Salary: MPS/UPS/L Inner London Payscales
We are currently working with a fantastic primary school based in Aldgate, East London, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join their team in September. This is a part-time, temp to perm opportunity for a passionate professional committed to inclusive education.
The successful SENCO will be a qualified teacher with a strong understanding of SEND policy, provision, and practice. You'll be a champion for students with additional needs and an advocate for inclusive learning across the school. Experience with using data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions is essential, and the ability to teach literacy or numeracy would be advantageous, though not required.

Key requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Holder of the NASENCO Qualification or NPQSL Qualification
- Previous SENCO experience or significant SEND leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusive practice
- Confident communicator and team player
- A commitment to improving outcomes for all learners
