Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Monitor pupils' progress through assessments
- Provide differentiated support and work collaboratively with the job-share partner
- Maintain a positive, safe classroom environment
- Communicate with parents on progress and development
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
