Veritas Education is working with a secondary school in East Leeds to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic I.T. Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025.
We're looking for a dedicated teacher who can deliver engaging I.T. and Computer Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge and a passion for supporting students' digital development.
Responsibilities:
Teach I.T. across KS3 and KS4
Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons
Monitor and assess student progress
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support wider school initiatives where required
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in I.T., Computer Science, or a related subject
Recent experience teaching I.T. in a UK secondary school
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
