Pay: £90-£110 per day
Full-time/ Term Time only

Are you passionate about supporting deaf or hearing-impaired students? We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic BSL Support Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team.
BSL Support Assistant Role:
- Provide in-class and individual support using BSL
- Support the communication and learning needs of deaf/hearing-impaired students
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to adapt learning materials
- Help foster confidence, independence, and social integration
- Monitor and report on student progress
BSL Support Assistant Requirements:
- BSL Level 2 or above (Level 3 preferred)
- Experience working with deaf or hearing-impaired children (in education or other settings)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
