Are you a compassionate and driven Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real impact? Join a dedicated team and support primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as they develop essential communication skills.
Your Role:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs.
- Create and deliver tailored therapy plans for individual students.
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support communication development.
- Provide staff training and practical advice to support student progress.
- Monitor and adjust therapy plans in response to students' evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate records in line with school policies.
Ideal candidate:
- Degree-qualified Speech and Language Therapist.
- HCPC registered and RCSLT member.
- Experience with primary-aged children, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Knowledge of a broad range of speech and language difficulties.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and adaptable.
- Creative in designing engaging, child-friendly therapy sessions.
