Role Overview:
As the School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of day-to-day school operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting school leadership, and providing exceptional service to staff, students, and parents. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude will ensure the efficient operation of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, staff, and students.
- Manage school communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain accurate student records and manage attendance data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules, and documentation for meetings and events.
- Support the planning and coordination of school events and activities.
- Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment.
- Handle general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing.
- Act as a point of contact for parents, teachers, and external partners.
- Assist with student enrolment and registration processes.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Previous administrative experience within a school setting
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and school management systems.
- Personal qualities: A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Qualifications: A relevant administrative qualification (e.g., Business Administration or Office Management) is preferred, but not essential.
