Position: Early Years Practitioners (Level 2/3 Qualified)
Location: Yeadon
Schedule: Flexible working days, hours vary between 8 am - 6 pm
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Yeadon, supporting the development and well-being of children in our early years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of daily routines and activities.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
- Experience in an early years setting is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 8 am - 6 pm.
- Driving license is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
