Nursery Practitioner
Location: Leytonstone
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Qualifications: CACHE/NVQ Level 3 or above
Pay: £95 - £105 per day based on experience and qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience

Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily care routines, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children.
- Implement a diverse range of activities and experiences to stimulate learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Support the leadership team in maintaining a collaborative and positive working environment.
Requirements:
- CACHE/NVQ Level 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare setting post-qualification.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
