Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives? Join a dedicated team at a Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) school in Blackpool. We're seeking enthusiastic and empathetic teachers to inspire and support our students on their educational journey.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students.
- Create a supportive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive student behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs and behavioural difficulties is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
