Position: English Teacher Location: Wakefield Salary: £140 - £200 per day Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 - 15:30
Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Wakefield? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Veritas Education as an English Teacher to work in Secondary Schools across Wakefield.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a love for literature, language, and literacy through innovative teaching methods.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Specialization in English Language, Literature, or related field.
- Proven experience teaching English at secondary level, with a track record of raising attainment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
