We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants at our esteemed school based in Lambeth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support or small group interventions to students with SEN/SEMH needs.
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment conducive to the diverse needs of our students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs is desirable but not essential.
- A patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the classroom environment.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools).
