**Location:** Bradford
**Duration:** Easter - Summer
An excellent school in Central Bradford is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Art Teacher to join their team on a long-term supply basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture young artistic minds in a supportive and collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and deliver engaging art lessons that foster creativity and critical thinking skills.- Plan and implement a diverse curriculum that caters to varying skill levels and interests.- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them reach their full potential.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
**Requirements:**- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE in Art or similar.- Previous experience teaching Art at the secondary level is desirable.- A passion for art education and a commitment to fostering a love of creativity in young learners.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.- A clear Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
