**School Administrator/Receptionist**
**Location:** Bradford, West Yorkshire
Are you an organized and efficient individual with a passion for education? Veritas Education is seeking a dedicated School Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at a reputable school in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic educational environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm and professional welcome.- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.- Maintain the school's administrative systems, including student records and staff databases.- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed.- Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing payments and invoices.- Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the school office.
**Requirements:**- Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role, preferably within an educational setting.- Proficiency with SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.- Full-time availability to start after Easter.- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate is required.
