Job Title: SEN Teacher with Behaviour Management Experience
Location: Uxbridge, London
Contract Type: Full-Time (Term-time)
Salary: £160 - £210 per day (D.O.E)

- Job Description:
- Lead a class with all students having an EHCP.
- Utilize exceptional behaviour management skills.
- Demonstrate genuine passion for inclusive education.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to diverse student needs, including those with EHCPs.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies for a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with 1:1 support staff to provide targeted support to students with additional needs.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to address challenges and access support resources.
- Foster strong communication channels with parents, providing regular updates on student progress.
- Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Proven experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies.
- Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and EHCP processes.
- Commitment to long-term engagement with the class and a desire to make a positive impact as a class teacher.
