Job Descriptions:
- Key Stage 3-4 Teacher:
Salary: £160-£230 per day (depending on experience and length of placement)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Key Stage 3-4 students.
- Be comfortable educating up to GCSE level
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and school policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a supportive and respectful learning environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs and interests of individual students.
- Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and achievement.
- Daily Supply Teacher:
Salary: £160-£230 per day (depending on experience and length of placement)
Responsibilities:
- Provide cover for absent teachers across various subjects and year groups.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher and ensure continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- SEN 1:1 Support Staff / Learning Support Assistants:
Salary: £95-£110 per day (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and can reach their full potential.
- Assist students with academic tasks, adapt materials and activities to meet individual needs.
- Support students in developing social skills, communication skills, and independence, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement strategies outlined in students' individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the senior leadership team, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting support strategies as needed.
