Behaviour/Pastoral Worker - Full-time - Batley Secondary School

I am currently looking to recruit a pastoral and behaviour mentor on behalf of my secondary school partner that is based in the Batley area. This role is supporting pupils that may be disruptive and causing behavioural issues throughout school on a full-time basis across Years 7 - 11 on a small group and one to one basis. You will be an enthusiastic role model for students making sure they are behaving at all times.

What I am looking for

  • Confident and enthusiastic attitude
  • The ability to be assertive and forward thinking
  • Resilience and patience
  • Ideally have experience working with secondary aged pupils
  • Youth work experience
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (this can be applied for)
