Seeking Graduates to work in Primary Schools & SEN Settings - immediate start!

Veritas Education are working in partnership with a number of Primary schools and SEN provisions across the Blackburn with Darwen area and we are seeking confident, outgoing and enthusiastic graduates to work as Teaching Assistants, Support Workers and one to one support with pupils.

Are you a recent graduate with an interest in education? Are you looking to build up some experience before applying for your teacher training? Do you have an interest in supporting students with SEN/Behavioural difficulties? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, please apply with your most recent CV or give me a call.

Sought after degrees include:

  • Childcare- Youth services, Social Care, Childhood Studies, Early Years
  • SEN -Special Educational Needs, Disability, Inclusion, psychology
  • Education - Education Studies, Teaching & Learning, Working with Children

  • Roles include:

  • Teaching Assistant (Early years/KS1/KS2/KS3 )
  • Cover Supervision & HLTA (Early years/KS1/KS2/KS3 )
  • Sports Coach/PE Teaching Assistant
  • SEN Support (1:1/small groups)
  • Behaviour Support (1:1/small groups)
  • EAL Support (1:1/small groups)
  • English, Maths & Science Tuition (1:1/small groups)

    All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, be able to provide a full career history with up to date references and have or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS Certificate.

  • Veritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
