Description

After all the turmoil over the last few months, preparations are beginning to take shape for September.

With this in mind I am recruiting for a number of roles across our Kirklees Partner Schools to start in SEPTEMBER 2020

MATHS - SCIENCE - ENGLISH - HISTORY - GEOGRAPHY - BUSINESS STUDIES - MFL - COMPUTER SCIENCE - DT - PE - PSYCHOLOGY

Main Purpose of Role

  • The successful candidate will be required to teach students from the age of 11 to 18 and across a number of ability levels
  • The Schools are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and creative teachers
  • Full-time Posts
  • Suitable for NQTs or experienced Teachers
  • Responsibilities

    Planning

  • Plan teaching to achieve progression for students learning
  • Provide clear structure for lessons which maintain pace, motivation & challenge for pupils
  • Teaching & Class Management

  • Ensure effective teaching to ALL students in class to meet objectives
  • Ensure extended learning is set regularly & marked
  • Ensure a safe learning environment where pupils feel secure & confident
  • Use teaching methods to sustain student's engagement & motivation
  • Set and maintain high expectations towards behaviour & attainment
  • Evaluate their own teaching critically to improve their effectiveness
  • Monitor & Evaluate

  • Mark and Monitor students assigned classwork & extended learning
  • Provide constructive oral & written feedback
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Recognised Teaching Qualification
  • Honours Degree related to chosen specialism
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
  • Specialist Practitioner capable of chosen subject across all Key Stages
  • Commitment to STEM and its cross curricular delivery
