Are you passionate about Early Years education? Do you thrive in a supportive and dynamic learning environment? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as EYFS Teaching Assistants for the upcoming academic year, starting in September.
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of our youngest learners. With a focus on nurturing a positive and engaging atmosphere, you'll assist the class teacher in delivering creative and stimulating activities tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
EYFS Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children, ensuring their holistic development across all areas.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of age-appropriate learning materials and activities.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor children's progress and address any concerns.
- Promote positive behaviour management techniques, fostering independence and self-regulation.
- Utilize your creativity and initiative to enhance the learning experiences of our EYFS learners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning in schools or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education or equivalent.
- Desirable: First aid training, child protection certification, and evidence of continuous professional development.
This is a contract position offering a competitive daily rate between £90-115, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our youngest learners!
