The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support students both inside and outside the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning across a range of subjects.
- Working with small groups and individual students to boost progress and attainment.
- Assisting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting classroom management and student engagement.
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.

Applicants should have:
- A degree qualification (or be due to graduate soon).

- The ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
