Veritas Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher for a successful secondary school in the Burnley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to join a supportive Humanities department and inspire pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The role is a full‑time teaching position, beginning immediately after February half term and continuing until the end of the academic year. The school may also offer the opportunity to teach additional Humanities subjects (such as History or RE) for suitable candidates.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and well-planned Geography lessons to KS3 & KS4
- Contribute to curriculum development and department planning
- Assess progress, provide constructive feedback, and support student achievement
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Potential to teach other Humanities subjects depending on experience

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
