About the Role
As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing relationships with nurseries, pre-schools, and early years providers.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates in rewarding roles.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and care.
- Meeting targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (education sector preferred but not essential).
- Ideally have some early years knowledge
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, driven, and resilient attitude.
- Passion for early years education and making a difference.
- Organised
