Graduate Learning Support Assistant Location: Primary Schools Across Leeds Contract: Temporary to Permanent, Full-Time Start Date: September Pay: £90-£105 per day
Are you a graduate eager to gain valuable experience working in education? Do you want to support children's learning and development, with a view to teaching or a career working with young people?
We're recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join primary schools across Leeds. This role is ideal for graduates looking for a pathway into education or related careers.
What you'll do:
Support pupils with learning in core subjects: Maths, English, and Science
Assist in SEN (Special Educational Needs) roles, providing targeted support
Help manage behaviour to create a positive learning environment
Work closely with teachers to enhance pupil progress and engagement
What we're looking for:
Recent graduates keen on gaining practical classroom experience
Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey
Good communication and behaviour management skills
Commitment to a full-time role starting in September
