Job Title: Year 3 Teacher (Job Share) Location: Garstang, Lancashire Position Type: Part-time (3 days a week, job share) Start Date: September 2025 Salary: Paid to LCC main scale rates - M1 to M6

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Monitor pupils' progress through assessments
Provide differentiated support and work collaboratively with the job-share partner
Maintain a positive, safe classroom environment
Communicate with parents on progress and development
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
Strong classroom management and communication skills
