Full-Time EYFS Teacher - Permanent Position Location: Burnley Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale (not suitable for ECTs)
A wonderful opportunity has come up for an experienced, inspiring EYFS teacher to join a welcoming and caring primary school community in Burnley from September 2025.
This is a really exciting time to join the team - the school is proud of what they've achieved so far and are looking for someone who can help build on their strengths and support them as they continue to grow and develop. The role is permanent, full-time, and open to teachers on the Main and Upper Pay Scales. (Please note: this role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers.)
The school is looking for someone who:
Has solid experience with the EYFS curriculum and a real passion for early learning
Believes every child can achieve amazing things, and is committed to making that happen
Can build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Works with energy, positivity, and a team spirit
Can stay calm, flexible, and cheerful, even on the busiest school days!
They're looking for a teacher who is not just excellent in the classroom but who will really throw themselves into the life of the school - someone who will nurture the children, celebrate their successes, and help them feel safe, valued, and inspired every day.
In return, the school offers a warm, supportive team, happy and motivated children, and the chance to really make a difference. If you're looking for a new challenge in a school that truly values its staff and pupils, they would love to hear from you.
