Roles and Responsibilities:As a Reception Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners, responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that foster curiosity and creativity
- Creating a warm and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
- Assessing children's progress and providing tailored support to meet their individual needs
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support children's holistic development
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in Early Years education
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with Early Years children is highly desirable
- Passion for Early Years education and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
