We are currently working with a Secondary SEN school in Lambeth. They are recruiting x3 experienced SEN TAs to start in September. Working hours are 8.30am - 4pm and the role would be for the full academic year.
This well-resourced school caters for students with ASD, communication, learning and behaviour difficulties. They provide an exceptional education with a therapeutic approach, building on learning and social skills.
The selected applicants will work 1:1 with a number of students across the school. The main skills required will be resilience, consistency and the ability to build a good relationship. Previous experience within an SEN school would be advantageous. As well as supporting students academically, you will also work on self-esteem and social skills.
