SEN Teaching Assistant - Hemel Hempstead
A specialist SEMH/SEN setting in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an experienced SEN TA to join their team. This role would suit someone confident supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD and social-emotional needs.
The role:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across KS3/KS4
Helping deliver personalised learning plans linked to EHCPs
Assisting with behaviour regulation, sensory needs and structured routines
Working closely with teachers and therapists to ensure consistent support
What they're looking for:
Strong SEN experience (ASD/SEMH essential)
Someone patient, resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
Confident building trust and maintaining boundaries
A positive, team-focused attitude
Pay: £90-£110 per day Start: ASAP
