Position: Key Stage 2 Class Teacher (Lower KS2 Phase Leader)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR
Phase Leader Responsibilities - Supporting teaching and learning across Lower KS2, coaching colleagues, leading CPD, and driving improvement

About You:
A qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 2 (Essential)
Not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
Able to demonstrate secure teaching and learning practices
Experience in middle leadership OR recent high-quality CPD with a desire to coach and mentor others
Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
