School Business Manager (SEND School) Full-time | Start: ASAP | Salary: £45,000-£53,000 (DOE)
We are seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated SEND school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, skilled and child-centred professional to play a key role in supporting our pupils, staff and families.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong knowledge of education regulations, standards and current inspection frameworks.
A solid understanding of safeguarding and legislative procedures when working with children and young people.
Expertise in financial management, including EBITDA, financial systems, processes and budget preparation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in recruitment, HR and employee relations.
The ability to build and promote positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, families and external agencies.
High expectations with the ability to set and achieve ambitious and appropriate standards.
Effective team leadership and management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Previous School Business Manager experience (preferred).
A willingness to learn and enthusiasm for being involved in all areas of school life.
A supportive, approachable, flexible and solution-focused mindset.
Dedication to understanding Autism and a range of SEND; previous SEND setting experience is advantageous but not essential.
