Job Advert: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (Permanent, Term-Time Only)
Location: BD3, Bradford Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in BD3. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and records to track progress.
Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate confidence during Ofsted inspections.
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an Early Years setting.
Proven Key Person experience.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety procedures.
Experience of supporting settings through Ofsted visits is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
