Pay: £95 - £118 per day Contract: Full-time, Long-term Location: Bromley, London Start Date: Immediate
Do you have the resilience, empathy, and experience to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic SEMH school catering for both Primary and Secondary pupils in Bromley.

What We're Looking For- Enhanced DBS (essential).
- Previous experience working with children (compulsory).
- School-based experience (highly desirable).
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and build positive relationships.
- A proactive, patient, and compassionate approach.
Roles & Responsibilities- Support pupils with SEMH needs in both classroom and 1:1 settings.
- Assist the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
- Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
- Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
